看後面你加的是 with 某人，有可能是跟另一半的約會或是跟（女生）好友的局，觀察例句最準了。

My girlfriends and I have a date this weekend. 這週末我跟閨蜜有約。
I have a date with my boyfriend tomorrow. 明天跟男友有約。
My husband and I haven’t had a date for a while. 我跟老公很久沒約會了。
🔥 補充：口語常用度極高的 go out 也可以用來表達約會喔！例如 I am going out with my boyfriend tomorrow. 或是 My husband and I haven’t gone out for a while.
Date someone
表示跟某人「在一起」，但這種說法通常是蠻新鮮或年輕的情侶會用的說法，在一起十幾年的情侶或夫妻不會這樣形容。
這裡的 date 當成一般動詞使用就可以了！

We are not dating anymore. 我們不在一起了。
We started dating last summer. 我們去年夏天開始在一起。
He dated a few times in college but they were bad experiences. 他在大學有幾次談戀愛經驗，但都很不好。
Did you date anyone back in high school? 以前高中時期有談過戀愛嗎？
She said she would never date anyone who has no cars. 她說她不會跟沒車的人在一起。
💡那together呢？可以說 He and I are together. 但是這句通常會被多問兩句確認一下「狀態」，你也可以說 We have been together for X years. 我們在一起Ｘ年了，這樣比較清楚！
Date around
此指沒有固定對象、對象常常換，根據前後文可能是貶義。

He is never in a committed relationship1. He always dates around. 他從來不談專一的感情，對象總是常常換。
Are you dating anyone at the moment? -[ Not really. I dated around a few times but it got old2 for me. ] 你現在有對象嗎？沒有，我有約會過幾次但是馬上就厭倦了。
